Curtis Jett, recently sentenced to be hung, was taken from Cynthiana to Louisville for safe keeping. He will be kept in the Falls City jail until his case shall have been decided by the Court of Appeals in January. If the case is affirmed, the governor will have to appoint the time of the execution which will take place at Cynthiana.
