Walter Riley of Jackson knows it ain't no bass. The reputation of Kentucky's
streams for good fishing took a setback Friday, when Walter caught
this 26-inch alligator in the Kentucky River. A zoology professor
identified the gator as a Louisiana reptile, but couldn't explain
how it showed up in the Kentucky River.
