The old Breathitt County Court House - about 1906. A large group of men are gathered in the streets of Jackson. No doubt, it was court day. Note the old street light in front of the building. Also, the clocks had not been placed in the belltower at this time, Nearly twenty years after the building was begun. In fact, for much of the 1890s the building did not have a belltower.
