"Taps" By Company C Honor Guard. These volunteers, for a job not to their liking, are from Company C, 201st Engineers, U. S. Army National Guard in Jackson. They are seen here practicing their routine at the National Guard Armory last Friday, before going to perform the honor guard burial detail for David Little, a retired Air Force officer. Master Sergeant Dailey Sallee (left) holds one end of the American flag, as if it were being removed from a casket, with SP4 Jesse Bandfield at the other end. Behind the flag (l-r) are: Lt. Lewis H. Warrix, SP4 Frank Hickey Jr., SP4 Charlie Frazier, SP4 Phillip Litteral, and SGT John Slone, preparing for a rifle salute before the playing of Taps.
