An old post card view from about 1908 shows the campus of the Lees Collegiate Institute. Note the deep ravine which today has been filled in somewhat. Today the VanMeter Gym stands where the trees are. To the right in the ravine today are the tennis courts. Note the old bell tower on the the building at left. It was taken off about seventy-five years ago. The large house at right was "Little" Hall, named for CJ Little who helped raise money for it. It was the school's first dormitory. It burned many years ago and was replaced by Jackson Hall on the same location.
