She writes, "This is believed to be James Everett and Elsie
Stamper Childers. They were married ca. 1920. This picture was
probably taken in the Breathitt or Lee County areas. Elsie was
the daugher of John Andrew Stamper and Fannie Deaton. I believe
James Everett might have been killed, when struck by lightning
ca. 1930. It is not known who the children are." |
